Scope We built two native mobile apps: one for club members and one for trainers. Both are optimized for fast booking flows, real‑time schedules, and actionable notifications. Clients app • Schedules & booking: group classes, PT sessions, courts; waitlists and reminders. • Wallet & payments: memberships, add‑ons, and secure payment flows; receipts where supported. • Training experience: programs, progress tracking, goals, and coach chat. • Check‑in & access: QR/barcodes and club selection; house rules and hours. Trainers app • Calendar & workload: daily/weekly views, availability, and instant changes. • Clients & sessions: plans, attendance marking, notes, and follow‑ups. • Revenue & upsell: visibility into sessions/sales and pre‑configured offers. Platform • CRM/ERP integration for memberships, entitlements, and balances. • Analytics & BI: revenue and product dashboards, conversion funnels, and trainer performance metrics. • ML & retention: churn prediction, class recommendations, and insights feeding automated journeys. • Observability: in‑app analytics and crash telemetry to drive release quality. Outcome Higher utilization of classes and PT slots, fewer no‑shows, and better member retention powered by data-rich dashboards and ML-driven engagement.
